Refund Policy

At Guruji Property, we strive to provide our users with a satisfactory experience in their real estate endeavors. In the event that a user is unsatisfied with the responses received against a Listing posted using the Money Back Package provided by Guruji Property, the following refund policy shall apply:

  • Initiation of Refund:

    Users can initiate the refund process by utilizing the Feedback link on, writing to, or by calling our customer care number.

  • Continued Unsatisfaction:

    If the user remains unsatisfied with the responses even after the extension, the Money Back process shall be initiated by Guruji Property.

  • Refund Timeframe:

    Guruji Property's team is fully committed to offering great services to its customers & ensures a quick turnaround for resolving all issues. However, withdrawing of services once paid for will only be possible with in 7 days of service activation

  • Order ID and Customer Name:

    Money Back can only be initiated against the same Order ID and Customer Name as mentioned during purchasing plan. The plan should be in the client's name, as the refund will be processed accordingly.

  • Online Payment Refunds:

    For orders paid through online payment modes, refunds will be processed after deducting charges incurred by the Payment Gateway.

  • Refund Processing Time:

    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt and acceptance of all relevant documents.
